Meet Millennial Jessica Leah Ingram

Coach Jessica's  inspiration for starting something for millennials came from, enduring a life of foster care, molestation, mental instability, homelessness, incarceration, and health issues. She became saved after several encounters with God but she grew this desire to not only want to tell her story but for others too as well. Jessica wanted to see others healed naturally and spiritually. After seeing the way her generation wasn't being used in the body of christ, God spoke to her, telling her, the Millennial generation was coming, to take their rightful place. What society would call the rejects, she calls the unheard and that's exactly what she was and what she saw her generation was. Her desire is not only to see them set free from chronic illnesses but most of all set free from Mental & Emotional Health issues. Most of all she desires to see them not encounter it at all, by taking care of their selves early on. After her experiences with too many strongholds physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She made a vow to God to come forth and break the generational curse of what the world calls mental illness. She told God that she would work diligently to motivate others to not only take care of their health by eating healthy, and healing mentally but by breaking the silence of telling their story, of suffering from soul trauma. Taking one step at a time to break the cycles of health issues, and mental health issues, through deliverance and inner healing. She’s on a mission to win as many souls to the Kingdom of God, through the use of nutrition, inner healing, deliverance, writing, preaching the Gospel, and motivational speaking. Jessica will continue to seek to be a willing vessel to help her generation, heal and fulfill their purpose by first, breaking free from soul trauma that continues to have a stronghold on their lives.
